I’ve used Oakbridge three times to ship my motorbike from the UK to Japan—twice by sea and once by air. They handle everything from collecting the bike from the seller and packing it into a wooden crate to transporting it to Japan, so the process is smooth and I don’t have to deal with multiple companies. As a Japanese person known for being meticulous, dealing with overseas companies can be stressful due to slow communication, but I really like Oakbridge because both their communication and their work are very smooth. And above all, the prices are low! It’s a company I’d definitely like to continue using. The building is well insulated and kept in great condition, which gave me real confidence in the safety of my belongings. Josh and Neal were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout.
